On June 7th 2010 Intel Teach Master Training Program was started with 17 teachers in the Central Province at CP/G/Weera Wijaya Wimalarathana M.V School at Inamaluwa Village. Pubuda Adikaram, Aruna Balasuriya, and I was present at the starting event. Central Province EKSP Manager Mr. Thilak Ekanayaka was started the event by addressing teachers that were from 3 different zones for the program. There were 12 Schools and 17 teachers in the training.
Mr. Thilak Ekanayaka highlighting importance of this program, daily attendance and translates this back to school staff.
Teachers were positive and good while creating questions from blooms HOTS. One teacher hasn’t got IT Training before and Mr. Ekanayaka transfer him to Matale Computer training and managed to send two teachers for Intel Teach Program within two hours.
Computers were in good condition and network is also working. The center manager was
very supportive.
